Prob - Max For Live MIDI Effect

Prob is a MIDI probability gate based on the chance feature from the piano roll.

This device was intended for use during live recordings or jam sessions where you may not be so inclined to use the piano roll, so a probability MIDI effect makes sense for a pseudo-modular feel
